Julia Louis-Dreyfus had the best Valentine’s Day in her life. The “Veep” star had been battling breast cancer and last week she underwent surgery and, as she said it herself, she is now ready to rock!

The 56-year-old actress announced in September that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

“1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Today, I’m the one, but the good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring family and friends, and fantastic insurance through my union. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let’s fight all cancers and make universal health care a reality.” She said on September 28th on her twitter account.

Only 5 months later, she has finished her third and final round of chemotherapy, underwent surgery, and the results are perfect. The first thing she did after surgery was post on her social media, saying: “Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery,” and posting a picture of herself with a caption: “Hey cancer, ‘F–k you!’ Here’s my first post-op photo.”

We wish her a great and fast recovery and hope to see her soon back in Veep.
